circa 1886, with 6 1/2in. nickel-plated round barrel with raised sighting rib bearing patent dates to '1877', blade fore-sight, notch rear-sight on the opening catch, fluted cylinder and plated frame, colour hardened hammer, blued trigger and trigger guard, chequered hard-rubber grips, well refinished in antiquity
